Hello,

My team is working on developing an integration with Lucid and publishing in the Integrations Marketplace. As part of the requirement we need to submit a Zendesk ticket ID and instructed to create one at this link: https://lucidchart.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=13656325495060.

Yesterday, I attempted to submit the form several times, however it doesn’t seem to have worked. There was no confirmation message and no ticket ID sent. As of today, the ticket creation link doesn’t load at all.

I would appreciate help from Lucid to get unblocked on submitting.

I’ve tried again and it seems to have worked this time. Received the ticket number in my email.
