Hey everyone,

I’m in the middle of mapping out a pipeline that covers everything from data ingestion and preprocessing to training, deployment, and monitoring. The technical flow is already pretty involved, but the real challenge is making it clear enough for both engineers and leadership to understand.

This is where Lucid has been really helpful, but I feel like I could be using it more effectively. I’d love to hear from anyone who has tried diagramming an AI server setup or similar workflows:

  • Do you follow a certain structure or framework when laying things out?

  • How do you balance technical accuracy with readability for non-technical stakeholders?

  • Any favorite Lucid features (layers, containers, templates, integrations) that made the process smoother?

  • When the pipeline evolves, how do you update your diagrams without starting from scratch?

I’m sure a lot of us are running into similar challenges, so I’d really appreciate hearing what’s worked best for you. Even a small tip could save a lot of trial and error.

Thanks in advance for sharing your experiences!
