Hi there, thank you for sharing the Request ID. While an internalServerError usually points to something on the back-end, it is often triggered by specific formatting issues within the uploaded payload.

To help us narrow this down, could you please check the following?

1. Verify the ZIP Structure

The most common cause for this error is the way the archive is packaged. The API expects the files to be at the root of the ZIP.

  • The Right Way: Select the individual files and zip them together.

  • The Wrong Way: Putting the files in a folder and zipping the folder itself.

2. Check for "Path Length" or OS issues

We’ve recently identified an issue where specific OS file paths (particularly on Windows) can cause processing errors during the upload.

  • What OS are you using to generate and send the request?

  • Try shortening the filenames or moving the files to a shallower directory before zipping to see if the error persists.

3. Provide a Sample (If possible)

If the steps above don’t resolve the issue, would you be willing to share the ZIP file you are attempting to upload? Having a sample that consistently reproduces the error will allow our engineers to trace exactly where the processing is failing.
