ERROR 500 btw Ardoq and Lucid

It’s been a few days that this error keep going when I try to export a slide from Ardoq to Lucid, page have been refresh, cache emptied, I tried to refresh the connection btw Ardoq & Lucid, not working

I’m sorry this error is preventing you from exporting your slides. The Ardoq/Lucidchart integration was developed by Ardoq, and they are best equipped to troubleshoot this specific issue.
