I have Google Sheet Data Linked with my Lucid Chart.  I ensured the Data Manage type is set to “automatic” for every 30 sec.  However, the automatic refresh does not work, I have to click the refresh button manually for the synch.  Is there an API from Lucid Chart to automate the synchronization?

Hi @janejane , thank you for contributing to the Lucid for Developers Community.

While our API does not currently support programmatic updates for documents linked to Google Sheets, I can help troubleshoot the issue you’re facing.

First, could you confirm if you've made any edits to the dataset directly from the Lucid data panel (located on the left-hand side of the Lucidchart interface)? Changes made in Lucidchart to the dataset linked to Google Sheets can interrupt the auto-update feature.

Additionally, are the updates not occurring for all rows in the dataset, or do newly created rows in Google Sheets seem to sync to Lucid correctly?

Hi @Richard U : Thanks for the reply.

I did not make any edit to the dataset directly from the Lucid Data Panel.
The updates are not occurring for all rows including newly created rows automatically.  However, the update occurs when clicking the refresh button from the Data Panel.

@Richard U : Note that I am using the license provided from our company.  So I am assuming it shall be the Enterprise License.
