Is there a way to search for documents, using the API, using tags, status and/or classification as a search parameter?

Currently, there is not a way to search documents with any parameters except those listed here: https://lucid.readme.io/reference/searchdocuments
However, we recognize the interest in having other parameters available for search and intend to add them in the future. Currently, there is no ETA on that enhancement.
