Hi ​@Jackie.Compean, thank you for sharing the support PIN! It looks like the lines are behaving this way due to the size of your employee shapes. I’ve attached a GIF demonstrating how this could have happened:

I can see that your font size for the shapes is set to 24pt. I recommend changing font size to be smaller (eg. 10pt) and resizing all your shapes down to suit the smaller font size.

You can quickly resize all your shapes by changing one to the desired size first then drawing a selection box over all the shapes, right-click the example size one and select ‘Match size’ from the menu. (You can see it happening in the GIF above too!)
