Access to Developer Portal and APIs in Lucid

Hi, 

My organisation has an enterprise subscription, and I am the account owner of our organisation. I am struggling to access the developer portal. 

When attempting to access https://lucid.app/developer I receive an error stating “To unlock the Developer Portal, contact your admin for the developer role assignment. Unsure who your admin is? Check our documentation for guidance.” But I am the account owner, and therefore not able to assign the developer role to myself (assuming it is because the account owner role already contains the developer role). 

I’ve read through the documentation that says I should “Enable developer tools” in my user profile, however that toggle doesn’t exist. Nothing within my user profile indicates anything regarding developer access. The GIF indicating the actions needed does the reflect what I see in my user profile UI. 

 

Can you please help me gain access to developer portal and API? Thanks.
