Updating your Lucid SCIM connection and transitioning to Lucid teams

Heads up for our account admins: we're currently updating SCIM connections to transition legacy groups over to Lucid Teams, and some accounts will need to take action before September 8.

If your account requires action, an Account Owner or Admin must complete a short survey in your Admin Panel and complete the self-serve SCIM migration steps before September 8. To confirm if this applies to your organization, log into your Lucid Admin Panel—if you see a banner at the top, action is needed; if you see a "You are all set" confirmation or no banner, another admin on your team has already taken care of it.

If you do need to complete the transition, be sure to review your Identity Provider (IdP) group structures prior to migrating to avoid any access disruptions. This migration updates how IdP groups sync into standalone Lucid teams, including how nested groups are handled and how duplicate teams can be cleaned up post-migration.
