I suggest you take a look at
She quoted a specific topic regarding Sprint Retros on it.
My suggestion, just to add to the discussion, is to:
- Open the template for everyone to edit in advance;
- Then insert the Sprint # or date that you're holding this ceremony (this is a way to use only one board for every Sprint)
- After all the discussion, create Kaizen topics (if you're using Jira for example) for the actions discussed.
