I contacted Lucidchart to request a discount for my new project, valid only for the first year. However, the customer service representative quickly dismissed my request, stating that discounts are not available for single users.
This experience was both disappointing and disheartening, as it clearly showed that Lucidchart is a company focused solely on profit. They could have shown a small gesture of support and courtesy for a new project, but they chose not to.
It is upsetting to see that Lucidchart prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I find their approach far from customer-oriented and extremely disappointing.
