I love this board because the moon buggies are movable, as well as the floating astronaut.  It was a fun addition to add some interactive features to play with.  I’m sorry that these won’t work in View Only mode.
I’ve also incorporated a little Easter Egg from a previous Retro meeting.  Somewhere in the studio you’ll find a weird little cat that was used in a medieval themed board.

My Retros are themed and tend to act as an Ice Breaker all on their own.

Action Items

I also include a Visual Activity to allow the team to vote on the theme for the next sprint.  This helps to create unity and morale within the team.
