I am having problems Zooming. Whether I use the Mouse Wheel or the + sign and whether I hold the space bar or not the zoom only works at specific percentages that are really far apart.

For example I can go from 50% to 75% but nothing in between if I click the plus sign. If I hold the space key and use the middle mouse wheel it's better going from 50% to 67% but I still can't get the Zoom to go to any zoom level between 50 and 67.

Is there a way to specify a zoom like 60%.

Hi Kirk thank you for posting in the Lucid community! Our sincere apologies for the delayed response on this thread--I wanted to follow up in case this answer may still be useful to you and to provide a solution for other users who see this thread in the future.

You may be able to get more granular zoom control if you modify the mouse scroll settings on your computer to be more precise. If that doesn't help then unfortunately there is not a way to specify zoom more granularly. We're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to keep developing a useful and effective product. If you’re willing to share, we’d love to hear more details about your use case or what you’d like to see in this experience within this thread. I’ve also converted this post to an idea so that it’s visible to others within the Product Feedback section of the community - from here, they can upvote it and add details of their own.

I have the same issues. The amount that Lucidchart zooms in and out for each mouse wheel roll is tied to the windows mouse setting “lines to scroll at a time”. So if I adjust the number to work for Lucidchart it is the wrong number to work for scrolling web pages and Google Doc files. It would be great if Lucid had its own scroll wheel sensitivity setting of what percent zoom adjusts per mouse wheel click!

@skyman Thanks for adding to this thread, I love this idea! I have converted this post to an idea for others to view and up vote in the Community. Thanks!

Wishlist would be:

Percent zoom per mouse wheel roll =

Percent zoom per mouse wheel + control =

Use case is: I am working in Lucidchart all day, I’ll usually have five diagrams open at a time. Lucid is often my go to before creating a Google Doc. Many of my Lucid diagrams are sized that I only look at one portion of the diagram at a time so I am always zooming in and out so more zoom control would be wonderful.
