During lean coffee retros, we often use the timer feature and then nobody notices when the time runs out.
Using the time’s up noise doesn’t work well in our online meeting environment. On the other hand, a persistent and obvious visual cue that plays until it’s acknowledged would help. For example, an eye-catching animated border around the screen that persists unless dismissed.
