Further to the December release notes, about having choices when working on a draft of a published document (Process Accelerator release notes | December 2025 | Community), I think it would be very useful for there to be an indication on a published document that a named person has opened it in draft mode for edits.
So when someone else wants to make changes, they know that someone else is working on it and who, and would allow them to collaborate, rather than work in isolation, and then have to combine versions after the fact.
