While a zoom feature may be good for presentations, it’s not efficient for building or designing a LucidChart document. Having a vertical scroll option similar to the horizontal scroll that is both on screen (Right side Bar) and activated by the mouse wheel would be more efficient when designing using the LucidChart application.  

Using the right click to grab the page or document to move it up or down vertically isn’t the first think one might think about in how to move the page.  It might be good to switch the zoom from the wheel to the right click, and use the wheel as the vertical control.  Just my opinion so wanted to share

Just one small mention of something that may help you or others who come across this post- In your document settings menu, you can try toggling on/off animated zoom to see which experience you like best. To learn more about that, I’d recommend reading through this article.
