The latest Azure icon pack appears to be from 2021. A lot has changed since; many icons are missing (e.g. Entra), many icons have been redesigned (e.g Resource Groups).
What is causing Lucid to be so behind on the icons? According to Microsoft’s page on Azure icons - Azure icons - Azure Architecture Center | Microsoft Learn - there appears to be no copyright limitation or such which would stop Lucid from using the latest icons.

Last week our team finished updating the Azure shape library to include all the SVGs currently published by Microsoft (as of November 2025). This includes 37 new Azure shapes.
For context, I’m one of the PMs for our Cloud teams. We own the features for the Cloud Accelerator (including importing data from Azure for automatic diagramming), so Morgan’s team passed over ownership of cloud provider shape updates to my team. We’ll be sure to stay on top of future updates for Azure as well as other cloud providers.
