Hi!

I love Lucid and would like to recommend it for my company. We do a lot of process drawings for other companies and this would really be useful for us.

To be able to use Lucidcharts we need to have security measures to secure the employees accounts and then our customers data. Is there any possibilitys for two factor authentification when logging in?

If this is not possible we have to wait for this. No worries.

Thank you.

Best regards

Stian

Hi again.

And does anyone know where the data is physically stored?

Best regards

Stian

Hey Stian,

Thank you for posting in the Lucid community!

Good news - we support Two-Factor Authentication through Identity providers at the Enterprise account level. You can find more details about enabling it in this Lucid admin panel: Security settings article from our help center.

Default data storage for Lucid is AWS in US-East and US-West locations. There is also the option available for enterprise customers to have their data stored elsewhere. You can learn more about data residency for Lucid in this help center article. For any other security questions, I recommend Lucid’s security page and whitepaper.
