It would be super helpful to be able to quickly add a touch time / cycle time element to process steps. An additional ask would be for a way to export that data to excel. For example, if a specific process has 15 steps, with a overall cycle time of 30 min, I would like to have a template for adding time to the shape, to help visualize possible bottlenecks and or capacity constraints. Currently, I will hit enter a couple of times after typing within the process step and add the time elements there, but then will have to manually type them again into some sort of spreadsheet to do some time calculations. This decreases my efficiency and increase my error rate.
