I would like a button that i can place on a board that will refresh all the jiras in dynamic tables on a board. if I’m using lucid to report out then i need to ensure the dynamic tables on a board are synced up. with 4/5 on the board this becomes tedious.
if someone else is reporting out using my boards then it would be easier to tell them to just press the button before reporting instead of getting them to sync each table individually. Not everyone who uses lucid is aware of jira integration in dynamic tables 😉

Any news on this topic? It gets more and more important for us the more I use Lucid and the more I train others to do so.

It actually looks like some function similar to this has been added under the recent enhanced planning updates

under the Jira settings you can force a sync for every ticket on the board, it would still be good to be able to add a Jira sync action shape

Hi @therrick, thank you for chiming in! It is indeed possible for users to determine how data is synced between Jira and Lucid, whether that is manually, automatically one-way from Jira to Lucid, or automatically both ways. However, these specific settings, currently in beta, are part of the Agility Accelerator capabilities and are available to users on accounts with access to the accelerator, as detailed in this section of our Help Center article on Lucid Cards integration with Jira.

Let us know if you have any additional questions or feedback! We love hearing from everyone.

Hi,

I have seen those functions but they do not fulfill my need as they do not sync the dynamic tables to get all jira cards that correspond to my jql in my dynamic table.
Any news on this topic?
