Support arrowheads at both ends of connectors

For software architecture, UML, SysML, interface and context diagrams it is often necessary to represent bidirectional relationships using a single connector with arrowheads at both ends.

Microsoft Visio has supported this for decades. The inability to independently configure start and end arrowheads significantly limits Lucidchart's usefulness for engineering and software architecture modelling.

Please allow independent configuration of arrow styles for both connector endpoints ASAP.

Hi @Leif Johansen, thanks for posting in the Community!

Arrows on both endpoints are supported by Lucid.

As a first step, you can either select the canvas if you want to set it as default, or select the line itself.

Then, click on the left “Endpoint” option to select an arrow style, which is initially set as “None”. As such.

Please let me know if this is helpful! Cheers

Thanks, now I am able to make arrows point in both directions.
