Our organization currently has the ability to programmatically create and update shapes and lines using REST API for the Miro and Mural products. We would prefer to have that ability in Lucidchart.

+1We use two different work management tools to create requirements. We use Aha! for business requirements and Jira for technical requirements. Then we create story maps from both systems to illustrate dependencies:
