Is there a feature that would allow a user to "run" a simulation for a process map? For example if a process map is defined and some data is associated (such as time taken per process step # of people error date...) can we "run" a process?

Unfortunately this feature has not been implemented yet. However we're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to do that. Please make sure to add your vote to this request.
As an alternative you may want to check if our feature to import process diagrams from CSV would allow you to achieve something similar to what you have in mind. I hope this helps!
