Hi

Is it possible to mask a part of a shape (or group of shapes)? Very useful to simulate scrolling when using lucidchart as a wireframe tool.

Hi Nicolas,

If I'm understanding what you're describing you want to be able to create a subtract mask on either a shape or a group. Is that correct?

Unfortunately there are no masking effects in Lucidchart. However we're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to do that - I’ve gone ahead and converted this to an idea in our Product Feedback space so that you and others can comment on and upvote it.

As a work around, you could use a shape the same color as the background and make the borders transparent to achieve a masking style effect.
