We have been using the Lucid Cards integration with Azure DevOps for our agile teams now for a few PIs and have grown to really like it. It not only makes our PI (Big Room) Planning be significantly more efficient, but we are also able to use it within the individual teams during their sprints to help manage the work.

However, we also have teams that use ServiceNow instead of ADO for the work - either stories/features/epics (we’re moving to the newer EAP module from the older Agile module) or Project Tasks… all within the Strategic Planning Workspace and EAP.

Would be great to have the same integration to be able to fully leverage the platform across more of our teams to have more consistency.

Thanks, @Ambar D ! It is challenging to fully articulate in this small space how we are currently using the ADO integration, so wanted to offer that we’d be happy to spend some time with folks for Lucid to demo what we do to get a deeper understanding of this.

Hi @Sara M, thank you for that offer! We would love to hear any additional details that you’d like to share, but the best method to do so is to share within this thread. Feel free to include screenshots if you’d like!

Our product teams are regularly reviewing comments within this section of the community as they continue to research product enhancements and new features. Each month, my team also surfaces the two most popular ideas (indicated by upvotes, comments, views, etc.) to the product development team. Our product teams can then review threads like these where users have left their feedback in comments! It serves as a repository of feature ideas and requests, so everything is documented and able to be reviewed.

Please let me know if you have any further questions on this process! Thank you again for your willingness to share your feedback.
