Thanks, @Ambar D ! It is challenging to fully articulate in this small space how we are currently using the ADO integration, so wanted to offer that we’d be happy to spend some time with folks for Lucid to demo what we do to get a deeper understanding of this.

Our product teams are regularly reviewing comments within this section of the community as they continue to research product enhancements and new features. Each month, my team also surfaces the two most popular ideas (indicated by upvotes, comments, views, etc.) to the product development team. Our product teams can then review threads like these where users have left their feedback in comments! It serves as a repository of feature ideas and requests, so everything is documented and able to be reviewed.
