Is there (or will there be) a Lucidchart connector for Microsoft Power Automate? I'd like to set up a flow that auto-updates a Lucidchart when Excel data gets updated.  Right now you have to manually re-import the data :(.

Hi Dustin

Thank you for posting in the Lucid Community! As you've mentioned this is unfortunately not a feature we support. I’ve gone ahead and converted this to an idea in our Product Feedback space so that you and others and comment on and upvote it, and our development team will utilize it when prioritizing improvements to Lucidchart.

Thank you for your request and apologies for any inconvenience!

Just ran into this as a need today.  We need to perform regular audits of users in the platform and SCIM is not an option.  We thought we could set up a recurring automation that pulled all users and checked them against Entra ID.  We’re looking for terminated employees to ensure we remove access in an acceptable timeframe.

However, I’m finding to call the Get Users API, you need a user-present OAuth 2 bearer token, meaning there needs to be an interactive authentication that happens with a user (an admin).

API keys are not allowed for this particular API, so we’re stuck.

If there was a Lucid-supported connector, Power Automate could handle the authentication and storage of the issued token such that the flow can be automated until the token expires.  This is how the connectivity works to things like Outlook, SharePoint lists, etc.

I see a need for us to use PowerAutomate alongside Lucid. My team uses Lucid for Agile PI and Sprint planning. We dump all of our Features from Azure DevOps into Lucid by hand for the PI planning process. Power Automate has access to all the fields from Azure DevOps tickets. Imagine if product ideas / product roadmaps were generated in Lucid and then they could translate into live ADO updates, or vice versa. This is just one integration opportunity but I wanted to be detailed here.
