+2Working with Jira on an Agile environment, we set swimlines based on labels to be shown on our dailies.
Being able to set labels when creating tickets using Jira is a needed functionality that will increase our engagement on using Lucid as 1 tool for ticket split and project follow up.
Currently Lucid does not support Labels suggestions and we have to know in advanced what to write which is very error prone.
I would suggest to integrate this functionality.

I second that - it would be extremely useful. Let me add a couple of examples for the support team: we have a filter in Jira based on labels, and we feed that JQL query into Lucid. Our stakeholders would like these tickets to be divided based on the platform - let’s call them Platform 1, Platform 2, and Platform 3. We can easily do that in Jira using labels, but since the “Labels” field can’t yet be used in Lucid as a row or column, we can’t give our stakeholders the visibility they’d like.
