Hi! thank you for the feedback. I’m curious what the added value is that you’re getting from the whiteboarding experience that you’re not able to accomplish in Aha?

I’m attempting to create an all-up view of my work as a Product Owner that covers the range of activities from Ideation and Feature development (in Aha) to Execution and Release (Jira). This would allow me to more effectively manage my workload and communicate it to management teams.I’d like to do this based on live tickets rather than just using sticky notes that have to be continually updated and moved manually. Dynamic tables would be ideal for this.

Neither Aha nor Jira is the ideal place to consolidate all the work, so I’ve been exploring using a series of dynamic tables on a whiteboard as a way to consolidate both the Aha and Jira data domain with other, less structured information that would originate directly on the board. Since we use Lucid for both diagraming and other whiteboarding actions, I’d like to expand my usage rather than trying to use a different tool.
