While trying to generate process maps using Lucid AI, I quickly noticed that you are not able to use the BPMN 2.0 shape library. It would be great, since our team’s governance requires us to use these shapes, to be able to have the AI engine generate diagrams using these shapes when necessary.

Hi @jeremy.davis, thank you so much for providing feedback in our Community!

To further understand your experience, could you please let us know whether you have tried the BPMN conversation and choreography diagram options below? BPMN 2.0 shapes are the definitive standard, however we’d love to hear more about the exact shapes you are referring to and your use case.

We appreciate your help and willingness to share feedback!

I have. The choreography option appears to use only the choreography shape with a start and end point.

The conversation option gave a fairly close output to the prompt, but used standard shapes.

Our team is mapping current state processes using the BPMN 2.0 shapes seen here:

I have asked using a prompt to use the BPMN 2.0 shapes which did not work. I attended yesterdays webinar and asked this same question in the Q&A, was told that the AI engine will not use these shapes, and to submit the idea using this platform.
