Being able to add text that curves with shapes would be a great new feature. For example adding text that wraps around (inside or outside) a circle or follows a curved line would make this application even better. Many diagram tools today (including powerpoint) has this capability so why not Lucidchart too!

Second the need for this addition. Curved Text would make sure LucidChart can compete with many other diagramming programs.

It's a pretty basic feature. Please implement it. Even PowerPoint can put text on an arc.

I keep returning to google this hoping find that this has been implemented. It's an egregious gap in capability that eliminates the product from consideration for some/many. Shocking it has not been implemented yet. There's much to like about the product but absent text-on-path I'll stick with OmniGraffle.
