Hi all,

We use Lucidchart and Lucidspark extensively for business documentation and would like to set up an automated weekly backup of all our diagrams. Our organisation is fully on Microsoft 365 and we do not have access to Google Workspace, so the built-in Google Drive backup option isn’t suitable.

What are the recommended approaches for:

  • Backing up all documents (not just per-user) on a scheduled basis?
  • Storing backups in SharePoint or OneDrive?

Hi ​@Guy.Pilkington, thanks for your post! Unfortunately, this isn’t currently supported in Lucid, but we’re very interested in your feedback and committed to continually improving our products.
