Horizontally flip D flip flop but do not flip text

Instead of using the horizontal flip, maybe try rotating the shape 180°. This keeps the text orientation intact and gives you the same visual effect without flipping the label.

Please let me know if this works.

I am able to do this in Visio when I do the horizontal flip of the Visio Pro 2021 D flip flop that they provide.

To clarify, is this a shape/image you created or imported? Are the elements grouped together?

No, it is the D Flip flop supplied in the lucidchart shape library.

Thank you for the clarification! It looks like what you are trying to achieve is not possible with Lucid’s flip function. However, you can upload or create a custom shape to meet this need by following the instructions in this Customize Shapes Help Center Article.
