One of my main issues with using dynamic tables for Jira planning is the difficulty of opening up an epic directly from the board, currently the easiest way is to go through one of the story tickets.
my suggestion is that when using a dynamic table, if the rows (or column) is set to epic links, then the row header should be a link to the epic
