One of the reasons we choose Lucid for our organization was to have the data driven Org. chart features, but this is simply not possible when we cannot expand / collapse the org chart when it has been embedded on Sharepoint. Either our users would have to view several hundred people at once or get barely any information at all.
From what I have been able to search from similar threads on the forum, this feature has been requested for more than 4 years, what is the status on this?

We have release the ability to collapse/expand org charts in documents embedded in Sharepoint and Atlassian. Enjoy!

This has brought to my team’s attention recently, and we have been actively working on this update to allow view-only users (which includes embedded view) to collapse/expand an org chat. I will keep you posted.
