Default scroll wheel action should have an option for zooming in

On MacOS at least, the default scroll wheel action is to pan vertically. Since the right mouse button is already bound to panning, I think it would make more sense to bind the scroll wheel to Zoom by default rather than command + scroll to Zoom as is currently the case.

This makes better use of the variety of mouse buttons available without relying on any modifier keys. 

If you all would prefer not to make this a default because many users have already developed muscle memory for this feature, I would love to see this as an option toggleable in the Document Settings page.
