Hi David,
Thank you for providing this feedback! Our team is currently exploring adding more customization to our Jira Cards. Would you be open to jumping on a call to walk through your current workflows with Jira Cards in Lucid? That would help us ensure what we are building will improve your experience.
Thanks,
Spencer Cowley

This would be a great feature. A few thoughts from our team as we start to use this:
- Editing the Jira issue itself - This would allow for much easier creation of issues rather than importing. Allowing it to self update the issue based on the Jira ID would be very useful.
- Sprint - Allowing us to see which sprint this is currently in would be extremely helpful.
- Linked Issues - Not a concern for our team, would be good to use this space for other items.
- Priority - Same as Linked Issues.
- Size/Color - Items like the Post Review status do not line up with what we have customized in Jira, allowing us to make the status larger and have matching colors would be great.
Hi @stobias, thank you so much for adding to this thread with your feedback regarding this feature! Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us.
We’re moving from Mural over to spark and so far loving the JIRA connection and sync abilities. I totally agree with the above request with adding more supported fields to the JIRA card. The card detail view is great but I’ve love to add a few more fields to the card itself. These fields don’t need to be editable from the card view but read only would be great. Looks like only some canned fields are supported at this time but really hoping you expand this. I know this has been talked about about for quite some time. Happy to discuss further if needed.
Hi @MCocita, thank you for that additional feedback. I can certainly understand why this would be helpful.
