Create groups to assign to teams
The ability to create a subset of users in a group that can then be assigned in bulk to a team with the same permissions. This helps when a group of users changes membership frequently and has access to a large number of Teams. At the moment, if a new user is created, they also need added to all the Teams separately rather than once via a group. The option of opening up the team is an issue as it currently defaults the permissions to ‘Edit and Share’ where you might want a group of users to only have read-only access. Maintaining correct access in the Teams environment is a large overhead at the moment.
