Thank you for your reply @kellsworth! It took a while for me to reply but here I go :) I thought of a checkbox which can be checked or unchecked by a mouseclick to visualize if a step in the process is done. This would work for one person that uses the process overview as well as for a team to see what has been done or still needs to be done. This would be just a visual feature and not effect the diagram itself.

In my case, I am trying to create a team dashboard with a task list on it.

Would be looking for the ability to do indented task list (possibly 3-4 levels) that can be individually be checked off, similar to the way this is implemented in google sheets.

Yes  - Check list is needed - similar to indented bulleted lists but with a box and a way to check the block if the task is complete.   Also have need to easily re-arrange the entries.   Possibly have features of cards but on a more simplistic level (plus the check mark option?   Or perhaps cards with columns instead of a form (with check mark option.)
