Within the UML State/Activity shape library there is a component called the "Multilane pool". It's great because it gives you a higher level title (called "pool") that covers all of the swim lanes inside. My only issue is that you can't create an additional pool only additional lanes.
Is there a way to do this and I'm just missing it?

However I definitely understand how this would be useful and I've logged this request for review by our development team which utilizes feedback like this when prioritizing improvements to Lucidchart. As a workaround I'd recommend adding another multiplane pool shape next to your existing one to create additional pools.
