+1I have an issue when writing in Arabic in Lucid chart; the letters appear separated and in the opposite order.
I tried many solutions, such as changing the font or even uploading a new font, but they all did not resolve the issue.

This delay, along with the perception that Lucidchart is not interested in resolving these issues, may lead users to seek alternatives, potentially causing Lucidchart to lose users to competing platforms.
