Looking for a way to automatically export a user’s documents in a .laf format automatically through the API so we can script it out and when a user is offboarded we can do an export of their .laf files automatically and archive it outside of Lucid.
Right now, we can transfer the documents to another user within the Lucid Platform and that user can manually take action to download the .laf files, but we have 725 licensed users at a large company and we cannot afford to do this manually on every user offboarding. I know we can export images, and we will do that, but if someone at a later date wants the original .laf files to edit, we need to be able to provide the backup and import it to the new user from an external backup repo.
