I have come to the need to diagram AI subjects for my teams and management. I see some general AI shapes in the outside world.
Can we copy these AI shapes as custom, or create a standard Lucid Chart library for AI projects?

You can create custom shapes by uploading your own images to use as a shapes. More details on this process can be found in our Add and customize shapes in Lucidchart Help Center article.
Once you have created/added your custom shapes, you can create a custom shape library for more convenience! Learn how to create a custom shape library through our Help Center article on Shape libraries.
When it comes to existing AI shapes in Lucid, the following are currently already included:
