Hi @daisy f thanks for posting in the community! Resizing images within an Org Chart is not currently supported in Lucidchart. As a workaround you could insert the photo as an image file and manually adjust the size of the employee shape and image instead. 

However I can certainly see how that option would be helpful for users creating org charts. We're always looking for ways to improve Lucidchart and your feedback is the best way for us to do that. Would you mind sharing some details about your use-case and how you would like to see this experience in Lucidchart? Thank you!
