1. As discussed in other threads this lack of functionality for occasional users – and the expectation for them to pay – creates a severe limitation and makes LC much less useful.


4. Lastly while a recipient with a Free or Individual account can't add an initial Comment they can view existing comments AND reply to those Comments – creating more confusion about the access!



 Agree with both points above. We upgraded our account and it's not serving our needs due to this roadblock. We require client feedback and the inability to start comments on there end limits our usability.


After testing for #4 to be possible the external user has to create a free account AND have comment access (even though they won't be able to start a comment). If the external user only has view access they won't be able to respond to threads.
