I am a regular user of Lucidchart for documenting business processes, technical workflows, and contact center call trees.
Our organization—and many others—utilizes Five9 as a core workstream. When designing complex IVR structures, call routing paths, and agent workflows, having a dedicated Five9 shape library (including standard icons for ACD, IVR, queues, dialers, and agent states) would be incredibly helpful.
Currently, we have to manually import custom images, which slows down documentation and makes it harder to maintain a clean, standardized look across our teams.
Adding an official Five9 icon set would greatly enhance Lucidchart’s utility for telecom, CX, and contact center process mapping.
