Add additional electrical symbols as a shape library

Can we please get the EU/UK/Ireland electrical symbols.

Here’s my add to the wishlist - to include low voltagle symbols - network, phone, etc. (There are some duplicate here with what’s shared above, but no one else has posted networking that I saw.)

What is your timeline for adding these symbols?

Unfortunately at this time, I do not have a specific timeline or update to provide. As soon as we have an update to provide, we’ll update this thread and let you know.

is there like a workaround to use those symbols? like upload as a PNG or create a personal library?

Hi ​@jdelgado, while Lucid does not currently natively have these symbols in a specific shape library, you can certainly upload any shape you’d like!

I would recommend the following:

1. Create a custom shape library following these steps.
2. Add shapes to your new custom library either by uploading a SVG or Visio stencil following these steps.
3. If you are on a Team or Enterprise account, you can share your custom shape library with other Team and Enterprise account users following these steps. That means one person on your team can create the custom shape library, and share it with everyone who needs access!

As a more advanced alternative, Lucid provides a developer framework to build fully custom shape libraries. To learn more about that option, I recommend checking out these developer docs.
