Streamline Setup with Process Accelerator APIs

We are thrilled to announce an expansion to our developer capabilities: Process Accelerator APIs. Adopting a new platform shouldn't mean starting completely from scratch. These new endpoints are designed to help bridge a gap between existing process documentation systems and the Process Accelerator. 

Note: These APIS are only available to accounts with the Process Accelerator add-on.

What’s New? 🛠️

• Users now have the ability to replicate the folder organization of third-party tools, like Signavio, ARIS, and iGrafx, into Process Accelerator repositories. This capability significantly reduces the effort needed to rebuild hierarchies that teams have already spent time organizing.

• These new API endpoints now support assigning specific users to repositories and designate roles programmatically.

How This Empowers Teams 💻

By allowing accounts to maintain the same organizational hierarchy used in other tools, these APIs ensure users land in a familiar, organized environment when integrating the Process Accelerator into their workflows. Additionally, assigning users one by one can become a bottleneck. Enabling programmatic user and role assignments allows teams to quickly ensure the right people have the right access.
