Subject: Not-equal Alt code not working in Lucid text fields
Issue: Typing Alt+8800 does not insert the ≠ symbol in Lucid text fields.
Expected result: The shortcut should enter ≠ as it does in other apps.
Actual result: A different character appears instead, or the shortcut does not convert.
Notes:
- The shortcut works in other applications.
- I’m using a standard Windows Alt-code workflow.
- This seems specific to Lucid’s input handling.
If you want, I can also turn this into a shorter support message or a more formal bug report.
