I have selected a single license ($11/month) and started using lucidcharts, then somehow it asks me to pay 36 for one month, It shows that i have team license with 1/3 users !! but I don’t have a team and i didnt add anybody to the team, its still 1/3 and i don’t know how that happened, I don’t want to pay $36 I want my subsription to be single user - $11 and pay the $11/month ?
Tried to contact support, they say i have to find support here in topics?!
