I am absolutely appalled by the blatant attempt to force people to spend more money by making it as hard as possible to downgrade subscriptions. I know an individual plan exists with just lucidchart but the only options available when I try downgrade are bundled with lucid spark. This is a gross and shameless ploy to make it hard for people to spend less money. It is absolutely gross and makes your product look awful. Rework your UX for subscription management, it’s rubbish.
